While our focus remains in fitness and health, we distribute to a variety of retailers including convenience, specialty sport, mixed martial arts, golf, gymnastics, chiropractors, physical therapists and more. Our goal has always been to provide the industry’s leading products with unmatched customer service.

Retailers from all across the United States purchase from us because of our excellent service and fast shipping. Our shipping cut-off time of 4:00 PM PST allows us to get shipments to all of Oregon, Washington, northern Idaho and parts of Northern California with next day shipping. This is the fastest service available from any nutritional distributor.

Our History

1984

During the early 1980s, Communist countries dominated most amateur athletic sports. In an effort to make the U.S. more competitive, the United States Olympic Committee began what was called the “Elite Athlete Program”. The purpose of this program was to enhance top U.S. athlete performances by improving their training and nutritional programs. The results were more than convincing. Two world class athletes studied in this program decided there was an emerging industry, one in which sound nutrition was not just a benefit but necessary to become an “Elite Athlete”. They decided to open there own business and “Elite Athlete” was born.

1985

The first Techline products are released and PROvision 6 protein powder becomes the backbone of the Techline brand. The feedback is remarkable as consumers begin to understand the importance of a steady amino acid profile. Techline Joint Defense is also part of the initial introduction. Chiropractors and physical therapists find great success selling Joint Defense. With seven active ingredients, no other product on the market delivered complete relief like Techline Joint Defense.

1988

“Elite Athlete” begins to sell track equipment and team uniforms.

1990

PROvision 6 continues to grow and becomes a staple in the Pacific Northwest. Techline Vitamin Packs and Daily Elements are formulated and released. Other industry leading brands are now distributed and Elite Athlete becomes the premier distributor in the region.

1996

Creapure Creatine starts to gain industry recognition for its purity and benefits. Techline Creapure Creatine is added to the Techline family of products.

1999

Expanding as the leading distributor in the northwest, Elite Athlete partners with the newly created Cytosport brand. The portfolio of products and brands continues to grow.

2013

The original owners sell the nutritional side of “Elite Athlete” which becomes know as “Elite Nutritional Products”.

2014

The business relocates to Oregon City, Oregon and no longer offers a retail store. The business continues to grow, tripling the number of SKU’s and brands offered. More delivery routes are established, spanning further across the Northwest.

2015

The number of SKU’s and brands offered continues to expand. Techline adds the Cyclist’s, Climber’s and Runner’s Performance Packs. PROvision 6- Super Lean and PROvision 6- Smoothie Bar are also added to the Techline PROvision 6 line.

2016

The business relocates to Woodburn, Oregon.

2018

The number of unique SKU’s surpasses 1,000 with more than 40 brands. Routes continue to expand, now covering 80% of the population of the Northwest.
